Rehydration: correcting fluid and electrolyte balance and using it to maintain optimal hydration, even during gastrointestinal disturbance periods. 3. Support Micmroenteral GI: supporting intestinal function and using it with unqualified patients or loss of appetite to provide basic enteral nutrition, and supporting GI function to help pave the way for voluntary enteral feeding. The unique formulation contains amino acids and simple sugars to support intestinal cells, prebiotics to encourage a healthy gastrointestinal microbiome.
