Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping and delivery service is available to all cities of the Kingdom for prepaid orders
- Cash on delivery service is available in Jeddah only, and an additional fee of 12 SR applies to the shipping amount
- Shipping and delivery fees:
– 24 SR: The order value is less than 100 SR
– 12 SR: The order value is more than 100 SR
– Free shipping: Order value is more than 300 SR - Orders are processed within 48 hours from the time of receiving the order, and orders are processed and shipped during weekdays except Friday
- Delivery period: within one or two days for orders in Jeddah and 5 days for the rest of the cities of the Kingdom, except Friday

To track your shipment, you will receive the tracking link of the shipping company responsible for shipping your order via e-mail

Return policy
Products that are prohibited from being returned: food and medical products (medicines, shampoo, creams, sprays, sandbags, etc.)
Products that are allowed to be returned: accessories, plastic tools, and toys.
Return fees: Free in the event of a manufacturing defect, and if the customer does not want the product, 40 riyals shipping and return fees will be deducted from the value of the amount paid.
The accepted return period: 3 days from the time the order is received. The product will not be returned after the mentioned period
In the event that the customer refuses to receive the paid order: the shipping and return fees will be calculated on the customer from the value of the amount ( 12 riyals one way and 28 riyals return (shipping company fees))
For home veterinary service reservations: In the event that the customer refuses to receive the mobile clinic, the amount of paid services will be returned, minus 70 riyals for the reservation of the mobile clinic.
Cancellation Policy
The customer has the right to cancel the order before the shipment is delivered to the shipping company only, and in the event of a cancellation request after shipment, the shipping and return fees will be calculated on the customer from the value of the amount
In the case of free shipping or discounted shipping offers: the shipping and return fees established on the site will be calculated of 12 riyals one way and 28 riyals return (shipping company fees)
For home veterinary service reservations: In the event of a request for cancellation, the amount of paid services will be returned, minus 70 riyals for the reservation of the mobile clinic.
